Economic conditions

1. The reservation includes the whole estate: trullo + lamie with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, outdoor porch with wood oven, private pool, enclosed park with a hectare of olive and fruit trees, parking. Including final cleaning.
2. Minimum stay: 1 week, from Saturday to following Saturday.
3. Payment: 30% of total amount to be paid upon booking, remainder payable 15 days before check-in.
4. Cancellation fee: 30% of total amount if less than 30 days before arrival.
5. Deposit: 1000 Euro upon arrival.
6. Additional Payment Services: extra cleaning and on demand services.
